Sales Manager, Thailand

In this position you will…

* We are looking to for an experienced insurance Telesales Manager to head up our growing Telesales team. As a Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for setting weekly targets for your teams, training new Telesales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, and ensuring company policies are being enforced. To ensure success as a Telesales Manager, you should have experience with Telesales, advanced managerial skills, and the ability to multitask. A top-notch Telesales Manager provides strong guidance and assistance to the Telesales team, ultimately boosting company sales.

You will be responsible for…

* Drive Telesales team included of organize and develop current operation process and system to achieve sales, profit and numbers of customers
* Managing revenues and costs (PnL) from new and renewal sales
* Meeting with management to discuss telesales strategies
* Training junior telesales staff
* Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets
* Implementing sales strategies
* Managing the senior supervisors as well as sale team supervisors
* Monitoring the performance of the sales team to ensure KPIs are met
* Setting weekly sales targets
* Compiling and presenting sales reports
* Develop sales forecast and manpower plan and implement in timelines
* Develop team regarding motor and non-motor insurance to improve overall efficiency and provide consultation

For you to be successful…

* Deep understanding of insurance products being sold
* Understanding of what competitors are doing in the space
* Ability to understand manage more than 100 sales employees
* Result-driven, team management and passionate
* Understand data, KPIs, and key performance drivers to drive the sales team to success

You will require the following qualifications and skills

* Thai Nationality with at least bachelor's degree in any related fields
* At least 3 years works in management level of insurance
* Have a license of insurance
* Good command of Thai and English
* Effective communication, presentation, convincing and negotiating skills
* Strong in sales skill especially in Telesales
* Computer literate; MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
